Cancellation Policy

At The Paw Butler NYC, we value your time and ours. To ensure the highest level of service for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours notice will not incur any fee.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.

No Shows

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or the appointment is missed without notice, a $30 no show fee will apply.

Emergency Situations

We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
